1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the j8app platform available at j8app.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the j8app Platform. j8app reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j8app ("we," "us," or "the Company") governing your use of the Platform and all services offered therein.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use j8app, in strict compliance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. j8app reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

j8app is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. j8app makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of j8app, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your Philippine mobile number, full legal name, and date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. j8app reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active j8app account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. j8app reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8app login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your j8app login password confidential and not share it with any third party;
• Notify j8app immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your j8app account.

j8app shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified j8app of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

j8app accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. j8app does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. j8app aims to process withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements. j8app reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on j8app are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j8app is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

j8app complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

j8app may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used first in gameplay unless otherwise stated;
• j8app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings;

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on j8app — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, color game, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

j8app uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers. j8app does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, j8app reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. j8app's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j8app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud and bonus abuse;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your j8app account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the j8app Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of j8app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of j8app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

j8app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j8app account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j8app does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

j8app is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their j8app account;

• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon term ination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to j8app's anti-fraud and AML procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. j8app operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

j8app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j8app will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of j8app following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
